The project
Vantar Standpoint is a student counselling application in development. We are exploring student needs through market research while developing a website prototype and the structure of the service.
My contribution
- Developing the website prototype and defining the application’s functionality and structure.
- Guiding marketing and connecting our research with product decisions.
- Coordinating the project across a six-person team, with teammates working on marketing, data analysis and social media.
How I work with the team
My role combines hands-on development with project coordination. I connect the team’s work on the market and potential users with decisions about what the application should do and how it should be organised.
Current stage
The project is in development, with a website prototype and ongoing market research. My title is Project Leader, reflecting my role in the project.
